Heather is the Patient Care Coordinator at Audiology Associates of Harrisonburg. She will assist you with scheduling of appointments, patient billing, and practice referrals to and from other offices. Heather is glad to help you from your first call to our office to years down the road.  She has 9 years of customer service experience and loves working with people. Heather was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley and still lives here with her husband and 2 children, McKenna and Logan.  She loves to travel, watch her children play sports, and spend time with her family.

Sara, after a 3 year hiatus from working to be a stay at home mother, Sara Wilson comes to Audiology Associates of Harrisonburg with over 10 years of experience in insurance billing and 3 years working for an insurance company. Sara is our insurance specialist, she will obtain any authorizations needed, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and will promptly bill claims to all insurance companies we participate with.  She works diligently to ensure all claims are submitted correctly and processed as quickly as possible by the insurance company.   Please feel free to call or speak to her with any questions or concerns you may have in regards to your insurance coverage for Audiology Associates of Harrisonburg.
